Finally:  US women control >$10trn in US household financial assets, an amt likely to 3x in a decade. The shift is being driven by aging baby boomers, set to inherit wealth as they outlive their spouses, + by younger women who are becoming more financially savvy, per a McKinsey & Co. survey. unprecedented amt of assets will shift into the hands of US women over nxt 3-5yrs, representing a $30 trn opportunity by the end of the decade," The conclusions have implications for wealth mgt, where women represent just 15% of financial advisers. The industry, which has long been dominated by men, will need to come up w/ systematic ways to serve female customers, just as the automotive & real estate industries have done, McKinsey said.  Retaining female baby boomers as clients cld boost advisers’ revenue by a 3rd; & clinching younger women, particularly millennials as customers, cld accelerate revenue gwth by 4x industry ave, per analysis by McKinsey’s PriceMetrix unit. President Duterte tightened Metro Manila and the NCR’s lockdown status to MECQ effective Aug 4. No public transport; Only public shuttles will be allowed to service front-liners; Hotels will open only for basic lodging; Malls can maintain occupancy rate at 50% capacity; Restaurants lowered to 50% capacity and no dine-in; Leaving homes will only be to obtain essential goods or work in industries exempted (healthcare, supply chains, pharma, groceries, telecom).  Banks to give 30-day grace period for any loan that fall due during MECQ status; Gatherings are limited to 5; All gyms and sports facilities will be closed. Govt offices will drop to a skeletal workforce compared to alternative work arrangements
